Due to the COVID-19 situation and in line with the advice being given to us by the government, we have a skeleton staff in place meaning that it may take us a little longer to reply to you. Below are some of our most frequently asked questions that may help you in the meantime.
When will I receive my order?
We are operating as normal. We are currently dispatching orders on our normal lead times.
Can I still order with you?

I need to return an item, what do I do?
Please send us an email with RETURNS REQUEST in the title. In the body of the email, please give us your order number and clearly state the reason for your return, for example, damaged or faulty product (with picture and detail of fault), exchange or alternative size required (with details of what size is needed).
We will then get in touch with a returns label so that you can return the goods to us. As above, we maybe a bit slower than usual so please bear with us.
What are your opening hours and can I pop in?
Please do not visit any of our premises without an appointment. We are trying our very best to keep our staff and the public safe through social distancing.
