Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Masuri. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying, publishing or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Masuri. You may not modify, distribute, publish, reproduce or re-post something on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of content

Masuri has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. The dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Masuri disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Masuri shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Masuri makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer and software. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it.

Masuri shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

Catalogue Accuracy

Every care has been taken to ensure that all prices and descriptions in our product catalogue are correct. In the case of error you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order. We apologise if this is the case.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Exclusions of liability

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Masuri or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The aggregate liability of Masuri shall be limited to the amount of the order from which the liability arises.

MASURI DELIVERY POLICY

The costs below are for UK mainland only, for all other areas please get in touch for costs and information.

MASURI HELMETS

Delivery Costs

  • Free delivery for orders over £100
  • £4.95 delivery on purchases under £100

Delivery Process

  • A tracking link will be sent from the courier company once your goods are dispatched
  • 21 day leadtime on delivery from approval of your logo sample for ‘core coloured’ helmets
  • 21 day leadtime on delivery from approval of your logo sample for ‘secondary coloured’ helmets
  • 42 day leadtime on delivery from approval of your logo sample for the ‘any coloured’ selection of helmets
  • Courier delivery times: 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday
  • If you’re not in to receive your delivery, a re-delivery service is available, a card will be left for you to re-arrange for the delivery to be made again, or have it signed for by a neighbour or for it to be left in a safe place.

MASURI FULLY CORE RANGE (NOT CUSTOMISED) TEAMWEAR

Delivery Costs

  • Free delivery for orders over £100
  • £4.95 delivery on purchases under £100

  • If you’re not in to receive your delivery a re-delivery service is available, a card will be left for you to re-arrange for the delivery to be made again, or have it signed for by a neighbour or for it to be left in a safe place.

MASURI FULLY CUSTOMISED TEAMWEAR

(Made-to-Order)

Minimum order of 10 units per garment, per order. 100% Deposit is required at point of order.

Delivery Costs

  • Under £400 – £4.75 per box
  • £400 and above = no delivery charge

Delivery Process

  • A tracking link will be sent from the courier company once your goods are dispatched.
  • UK only – 5 week lead-time on delivery from approval of your teamwear proofing visual (this will be supplied to you via email a few days after your order has been placed).
  • Courier delivery times: 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday
  • If you’re not in to receive your delivery a re-delivery service is available, a card will be left for you to re-arrange for the delivery to be made again, or have it signed for by a neighbour or for it to be left in a safe place.

MASURI RETURNS POLICY

OUR RETURNS POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

CORE UN-CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS (TEAMWEAR AND HELMETS)

  • We will accept returns for exchange or refund as long as the product is returned to Masuri unworn/unused, labels still on with a proof of purchase within 14 days of you receiving the product/consignment.
  • Product should be returned to Masuri head office (UK only, if you are an international customer, please call us on 01962 715 818 for more information).
  • Buyer pays for postage.

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS (TEAMWEAR AND HELMETS)

  • We will not accept returns on customised product as you have signed off a proof of the garment
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check layout and design before approving artwork.
  • If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, the customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of manufacture including corrections and replacements
  • Customer’s signature on artwork approval is contractually binding for payment of all services rendered. All artwork must be approved by the customer with an authorised signature before a job can be entered into production.
  • If a garment/product is found to be faulty, they will be applicable for exchange only (like for like).
  • The product needs to be returned to Masuri unworn/unused, labels still on with a proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt.
  • Product should be returned to Masuri head office ((UK only, if you are an international customer, please call us on 01962 715 818 for more information).
  • Buyer pays for postage.
